Information Needed
- Applicants must be graduating from High School in the year the scholarship is awarded.
- Applicants must be at least one year members of the credit union prior to the application deadline.
- Cumulative high school grade point average must be at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- A double-spaced, keyed essay must be attached to this application. In this essay, tell us a little about yourself
and your current plans for the future. Let us know of any unusual financial burden on you or your family. The essay
is to be at least one page in length but is not to exceed two pages.
- A copy of applicant's high school transcript must be attached to this application.
- The selection committee must receive two completed "reference forms"
one from applicants' guidance counselor and one from a teacher. The applicant should provide each reference with
a stamped envelope addressed to:

- The application and reference forms must be on file at the credit union on or before March 15. (Be sure references
mail their forms to the credit union on time.)
- All materials become the property of the selection committee and interviews may be scheduled if necessary.
- Winners will be notified at school honors programs.
- Awards will only be available the Fall following graduation from high school.
- Scholarship awards will be made payable to the recipient and to the college/university/trade school he/she
is attending.
