PAT (Personal Access Teller) is a "telephone to computer" service that allows you to manage your personal finances 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at your convenience, from any touch-tone phone. All transactions are posted to your account immediately.

- Get balances on shares, share drafts, certificates, and on loan accounts
- Check history on savings, loan accounts, certificates, and share draft/checking
- Obtain recent draft/check clearings
- Make loan payments
- Get an advance on a GEM loan
- Request a fax of your statement
- Obtain current rates on loans, share accounts, and certificates
- Transfer funds between accounts
- Toll free number for long distance usage
- Stop payment on a draft/check (still must come to an office and sign, within 14 days - there is a $5.00 fee)
